Wink

Do you remember the code? I can look it up and see what it says in my book that came with my scanner. Or you can look it up on the Actron website.

thanks for responding! went back to autozone..its PO 128 ...which was coolant temperature below operating range--"fAULTY thermostat or faulty CTS"..so can i buy a thermostat at a parts store like BAP? and can i do this work on my own? the guy at auto zone stating its pretty simple to do..

Yes, Ihad the PO128 code some time ago and it turned out to be the thermostat. It's not a hard job and it's right up top in front of the engine. You will see it there. Get some of the correct antifreeze and a thermostat (I don't know about BAP or if they have it) but there are plenty of places online to get parts and replace it with a flush at the same time. These cars are known for this from what I can tell.

I like www.autohausaz.com

thanks for the response Mr. Coyote...now ive seen a few sites where they mention that i dont have to drain the radiator, so im wondering if i have to or not. Since you've done this before, i just want to really prepare for whats coming..im not mechanically savy..haha..so if u can send some instructions to me or know where u can direct me i'd greatly appreciate it.
