Sorry to hear that. In So. Cal the're going for about $500 over invoice. But then again we have as many MB dealers as we do Honda/toyota/Ford or Chevy. Have you tried looking @ carsdirect.com

On 10/30/03 Ibought a 2004and paid $33,100 OTD in Florida. Options included; sunroof pkg, metallic paint, automatic &amp; cd changer. The haggling process wasn't hard...I suppose the fact that it was the end of the month had something to do with it. My advice for you is to try either carsdirect or auto-by-tel.</P>

I bought a 2004 230 sport sedan in august of this year. I paid $31,300 including delivery. The car is equipped with metallic paint, sunroof package, automatic, heated seats,CD changer. I love the car. It is actually my wifes but I love driving it. I have a 1994 500SL which is a great car but I really enjoy driving the 230. The kompressor engine is very quiet except for the whine which I actually like and very quick, About 7.8 sec 0-60. Great gas mileage. I average 32 miles per gallon on the highway and about 25mpg overall. I think it is a great value and you should be able to at least get my price if not better.

Just boughtthe C230Kompressor sedanyesertday at $28250 before tax and registration (N. California). Options include metalic paint, sunroof package, heated seat, CD changer. This is the 2004.5 with drilled rotors, 4-piston caliper, and chrome exhaust tip. The price is about 3k below invoice, the dealer must be getting loads of rebates.</P><edited><editID>remmib</editID><editDate>38054.8828935185</editDate></edited>

I would recommend Ganley Mercedes-Benz in Akron, if you're looking in N.E. Ohio! The salespeople are great and they'll take care of you. Got my C230 used for 25K at another dealer, this might be an option if $$ is of concern. Also check www.mbusa.comfor Starmark Certified Used in the area.</P>

Sorry to tell you this but I bought my 2004 with sunroof package/auto/cd changer/metallic paintfor less than $33,000 out of the door with all fees and taxes included. I bought the car just two weeks ago and figure it's a good $2200 under invoice. This is after many increase in MSRP due to exchange rate. I used the carsdirect as quote. Try my zip code 91006 at Los Angeles are with carsdirect.com and you will see. Good luck <edited><editID>SilverC230</editID><editDate>38070.1337847222</editDate></edited>

contrary to popular belief, they do go for under invoice. Always reference an online company - they know that you can get in under invoice elsewhere.
