I bought Lucas Power steering fluid which states "For ALL power Steering Systems Even Honda" I sucked out teh fluid in the resivor at teh pump and used that fluid. However, the pump on our 2002 C230K now occasionally moans. I called Lucas today, and they told me that their fluid is not really for ALL systems, specifically not the ones which use Mercedes-Benz 345-00019892403.

I bought a quart of the fluid from the Mercedes-Benz dealer in Laguna Nigual, and the only number on it is 1 46 0001.

Do I need to drain, and maybe even flush the system on the C230K?
