I have a problem mith my 2001 c200 cdi, throttle limits at 3000rpm. 2 weeks ago i changed the air filter and from then this problem happens. Please help ???

 

Were there any type of electical connections involved with getting into the airbox to change the filter? Any check engine light?
Just guessing, but since it sounds like the car is "limiting" itself to 3000 RPM, it is likely electronics causing this. Check the connectors and wiring around the airbox as that may be your problem.
