1999 C280 Sport seats vs regular? medical question

Hi all
We have a 98 C280 that fit perfectly, since one of the drivers has multiple fused vertebrae in their lower back. The problem with most seats is that they have side bolsters on the seat, and they roll hips inwards and screw up the geometry.
We want to buy another one, this one a 99 C280 Sport -- question is, how different are the seat bottoms for the two types.....are the bolsters on the sides of the seat bottom fatter than the stock seat? 2nd question - are the seat back side bolsters very confining - do they squeeze at all?
thanks for any help you can offer
I guess I could buy the car and try to find a pair of grey leather stock seats and change them out......if I could find them..
