Starts good and runs good until the car warms up and when I come to a stop or slow down. Then begins to idle rough and and looses power. Very slow acceleration and intake backfire after it warms up. If I turn the engine off, and restart, it begins to run good again. Codes are 100, 302, 304, and 110.

Replaced fuel pump, fuel filter, MAF and Crankcase postioning sensor.

Check engine light is on but has been for some time and before the current problem.

Any ideas? Suggestions?
