1998 c230 heater problem
Hi, I've done many searches here trying to find climate control diagnostic procedures for my 1998 c230. I'm able to run actual value test and the diagnostic test but I can't do the vent flap test I've seen mentioned. The procedure if found here and in other forums doesn't seem to work for my model. Some of the values I get from the actual values test don't seem to correspond to the tables I've found. The problem I'm having is heat from the passenger side vents but cool/cold air from the divers side. I've removed and cleaned the duo valve and even removed the valve seats(I'm sure that's not the right term) the umbrella shaped part that closes the valve to make sure coolant is getting to both sides. Does this sound like a vent flap/blend door problem? Any help would be appreciated. I can post the actual value results later if that would help.

Here are my actual values:
01 43 deg F
02 OPE
03 50 deg F
05 77 deg F
06 131
07 01deg7
08 32 deg F
09 32 deg F
10 495
20 00
21 070
22 000
23 000
24 13deg7
40 03
41 03
42 18
43 6-C
50 53 deg F
51 72 deg F
52 50 deg F

I think 02 is the outside temperature which has always been broken since Ive had the car. My reading seem to have more temperature readings than Ive seen in other posts.
Any Ideas? Anyone?
