I've got a 1979 280CE with less than 70K I'm redoing.
1. Is this the correct place to post for information on this old a Merc.
2. The Compressor is gone. It's got new sensor & this compressor is the single piston model that doesn't seem to work correctly. It does not come on after sitting for a couple of months. If I replace it again, can I replace it with a better model?
3. Can the cruise control be upgraded?
4. Any advice on replacing all the window seals?
