Hello I took my Mercedes 2015 C300 to the Mercedes dealer on 07/29/2021. I advised the service agent the car was jerking when it accelerate, but it does not happen all the time. He called me on 08/06/2021 advised me that there was a diagnostic check done on the car, there was nothing wrong with the transmission, engine, and no oil leak. The technician said I needed to front tires and an alignment, I know this is not what was making the car jerk when it accelerate. I went and purchased 2 tires and got an alignment and the car is still doing the same thing. Please help me

 

If you are still having problems try to reset the transmission. I believe the procedures are in the owners manual. If not, search for it on the internet. Some vehicles have an accelerator reset as well. Good Luck.
