Hello and welcome to the forum! Where are you located? There are a lot of threads and info about this online. Any indie MB shop should be able to tackle this project, but it will not be cheap.

Manual swap 2002 call 430

thank you for responding... I figured it wasn’t gone be cheap... I am located in southern Jersey cherry hill area... I have local shop that probably can do it & that same shop maintains both my benzes my 2008
E63-AMG & my 2002 CLK that’s all they work on is German cars & they are very good & reasonable prices... I never asked them if they can do but I’m sure they can... out of which Mercedes should I use the manual transmission or is there complete kit out there that I can get to do a manual swap... please let me know or do you have the parts that I would need... thank you...

No problem, glad to help out. You would likely want to find a second generation manual CLK and grab the trans from there. I believe the CLK was also based on the C Class, so perhaps a manual C class would work as well. Your mechanic would have a better idea of what would work and fit. Hope this helps and best of luck!
