Any Mercedes-Benz dealership will be able to tell you what options your vehicle came with from the factory if you provide your VIN number. Contact your local dealer and ask for the Parts Department. Telling them "I have (Year)(Make(Model)" does not help, and likely they can't look this information up for you this way. I can't reinforce enough that you NEED to provide them with your VIN number for accurate information, or any information at all.
funny thing is that I called the dealership in Maple and they refused to provide the part number. The service advisor said that they don't provide part numbers.

That's pretty typical - I apologize for that. Some dealerships are extremely protective of part numbers; the idea is that they give you the part number and then you take that number and purchase that part elsewhere or buy a cheaper version of that part. Thus, dealerships don't find it beneficial to provide numbers.
On the other hand, dealerships like mine have no problem providing part numbers because most parts for Mercedes-Benz vehicles don't have an aftermarket or third-party version. Whether you buy from my store or another one doesn't make a difference to me - it's Mercedes-Benz making the sale, ultimately. I'm just happy to help -- lots of Mercedes employees forget that customer satisfaction is even more important than selling the car.
If you provide me with the VIN number, I can attempt to look up what you need. But understand I only access this forum during work hours, and may not be able to respond in a timely manner. But I can certainly get back to you within a week, usually sooner.
If you feel uncomfortable releasing your VIN to the forum you can always contact my dealership. Mercedes-Benz of Covington, Louisiana.
