Angry Wtf

I have a 1987 190d, my mechanic just changed out a couple of over flow hoses to stop the leakage of diesel. What are the odds of I no sooner parked it from picking it up I now have another diesel leak coming from what I think is the top of the injector pump. Is there a gasket under the top plate of the pump that can be changed out?????????????????? Also how long should I plan for this. I plan on doing it myself.

I am able to take the 3 bolts out, but before I do this I need to make sure its something I can handle, is there a gasket, or another form of seal. When I take this cover off is anything else that I should be aware of? What do I need the 30 spline socket for, is there something inside the pump to adjust. Or was you thinking to remove the bolts on top? Thank you for your time and knowledge
