put neww starter in it was starting ok. 3oosd I killed the battery so with new starter in I tried to start car with a jump start and all so the block heater was pugged in. Now I turn the key glow plug light comes on then goes off and Iturn the key to final spot and no sound or starting. What did I do.

 

Killed the battery again?
#10 jump cable will not give enough juice to turn the starter. It takes #4 minimum.
