Hey - I've seen a few posts for downloading contacts but haven't seen any good responses. My issue is that my contacts had been dowloaded but have disappeared and I cannot get them to download again. Here's the particulars:
- Have a blackberry 8900
- I drive a 2009 ML350 with COMAND package, etc.
- Bluetooth works fine
- Contact list had been downloaded and updated several times and I made calls easily by flipping through the directory in the display behind the steering wheel
- Noticed about a week ago that my contact list was gone. Not sure when it happened but couldn't have been too long ago as I use it at least once or twice a week.
- Ran the download process from the COMAND menu and it acts like it is downloading but when I check afterwards, the only thing that has downloaded is the Blackberry entry itself
- Have disconnected and reconnected Bluetooth connection, no change
- Have cleared out the contact list and tried to reload, no change
- Have called MB trouble line in the car and they were not very knowledgable....they suggested I resynch bluetooth (which I'd done twice already) and then take the battery out of my blackberry to reset it and try again (which I thought was dumb but tried it anyway - no change)

Not sure at this point if it is the blackberry or the MB with the issue.

Anyone have any ideas?
