charles et al., i've been reading about all of the "bitches" on this web concerning the "quality" of the "current" mercedes. i purchased a 300e, 1988 when it was two years old with a little less than 30k miles i traded it for an e55, 2001, a couple of years ago. no exterior rust problem was ever evidenced in the nearly 14 years that i had it. the 2001 is showing rust in the trunk leading edge and below the license plate frame. i took the e55 in for service recently and received a "factory update" which involved some treatment in the door jambs due to possible rust. now what is going on? the newer models ain't what they used to be! tjn/'01e55[:@][:@]

well i just started at a mb dealer. i thought it was sweet to work on mbs but sorry to say but wat a pos. soo many recalls. cats crack, harmonic balancer slippin gout of rubber and grinding on the case,tranny connector that just loves to leak and soo on. like lot of u say the older mbs are great but the new ones just has too much electronics that people loves but less in quality. its really sad . lets c how the new r class is. hope fully it doesnt have the steering wheel that cuts you like the 164 ml. another thing great site

 

Regardless of what few faults I may find, I still think it'd the best car for me.

if the car behaves on your expectations and never make you lose your face and annoy you...then that's the best one.

All our ancestors came from Africa and over the tens of thousand of years they moved northward, and then to the east as the Mediterrian Sea was in the way, these early humans settled the Egypt, Arabia and gradually moved to the colder climates, where there was less sun in the winter, and as they skins and body's adapted, the white race was born. The then moved eastwood into Russia and eastern Europe.

As far west or east as northern India the people have the same DNA as the early Africans and us. So why can't we all just get along? We are one people. However the Asian, China and such, seemed to developed on there own, and their DNA is a bit different, but not enough to say they're not our our brothers. There is a missing link in that part of the world. Many believe the Mongolians are the link of the eastern culture. As they have seem to developed on their own, and their culture is much older then the chinese. Japanese are thought to have migrated from China.v Most Native Americans have more Asian "blood" then Euro's. By the way Russian are European and not Asian. Milddle eastern folks as least Lebanon, Iran Irag Palestine are considered to be of the white race also.
