Reseting the Garage Opener

Hi I have lost my owners manual and am selling my ML320 1999, I need to reset my garage door opener buttons so that it wont work with my garage anymore.
Can someone please tell me how to do this.

does your vehicle have the 3 button system built into the drivers side headrest?

Dont know off the top of my head but i know it involves pushing the two outter buttons at the same time for a certain time.
