Just call a local mercedes dealer and ask for parts department. Once online with them, explain your situation and they will give you the code to enter into your radio. Its pretty simple. I had to do it to my E320 and its just 5 numbers that it takes, they will ask you for the last 8 of your vin. Then you will receive your 5-digit passcode. Hope that helped.
