Default Positive long trim 1 troubleshooting

Short term trim 1 -3.9% - 0%
Long term trim 1 10.9%

Short term trim 2 -3.9% - 0%
Long term trim 2 6.3%

this is on a CLK350 with 15.5k miles

I recently checked on my air filters. They’re looked absolutely brand new, so I put the air filter assembly back on. Over the next few days drive it maybe 10 miles. CEL light came on. Put the OBDII reader in and found these reading after warm up.

I reseated the assembly. Inspected the MAF sensor which looks pristine. I was wondering maybe the assembly was not seated right, and if I drive it around the Long trim readings will come back within spec.

I’d appreciate your thoughts. Thank tou
