Your suspension is pumped up with air (Airmatic) rather than hydraulic.

A pump located in front of the RH wheel arch liner supplies the pressure.

if left standing for a while the car will gradually lower itself due to inevitable leaks.

It can take several minutes for the system to raise itself from fully down. have you tried the swith on the dash which raises the car ABOVE the normal ride height. (i.e. red light on)

You need to determine whether the pump is not running or whether you have a serious leak.

The pump is electric. It therefore has a supply and the fuse may have blown. Not sure where this located without reference to manuals.

Don't you get a warning on the speedo "Suspension Low = Visit Dealer" or similar in RED.

Since your car is 05 it must surely still be under warranty.

I suspect its somethingt simply a fuse.
