IN A PICKLE - DTC P0507! - NEED HELP!
Hey Guys,
I know what this code is P0507 Engine Idle RPM High, but what do I do about it? How do I fix it? The only thing that I've done was replace the MAF, the Air Temp Sensor, and the Filters, now I got this Code. Help! The RPM's while in Park and Neutral modulates. Thanks in advance for your HELP!
Oh, and one other thing I did was to clean the throttle body with CRC Throttle Body Cleaner. It was filthy as all get out! But that's all I've done...honest!

Disregard the distress call. Obviously, the engine was experiencing "shock therapy" and needed to recognize the new stuff, and work out the situation on its own. I've driven the vehicle around for a while at various speeds, and it seems to be right, just purring like a kitten. It's amazing how the engine makes adjustments, just to run right, unbeknownst to me. Tomorrowshe will get another shock...cause I'm replacing all of the 02 Sensors. I don't know what kind of values or adjustments its had to make, if any. But we'll see.
I've alsoput a full tank of gas in her with about 5 ounces of pure acetone, for a clean burn. I'm running 17 ounces of AutoRx in the crankcase and 6 ounces in the tranny. So, I'm expecting great things from her too! She's running right, now!
