ML270 abs problem

ML270 abs problem
Hi. I have a 2004 ML270 and the ABS, BAS ESP and ETS lights are constantly on. Merc dealer quoted £2125 just for the part however another dealer got a copy of the 'star' diagnostics and say it just needs the abs relay replacing which they have sent me. Any clues on where it goes?
