Mercedes 190e overheating
Hi
I currently own a Mercedes 190e 2.0 Automatic Petrol.
It seems to be overheating.
I have changed the thermostat and the fan coupling.
However, when the car is on the fan moves quite slowly (the drive belt moves very fast as normal). I can actually stop the fan by hand. Do you think that the fan is not being activated or that it is not moving fast enough?
Even when I rev the engine the fan does not move past a very slow speed.
I think the slow moving fan is a problem, yet need some help into the actual root of it?
I would really appreciate any suggestions.
Many thanks in advanced
