what kind of light bulbs do i need, i think one is a h7 and i need to know what the high beam bulb is and then what the fog light bulbs are,

i want to change the color to blue on the high and fog lights

also if there is any way to change the color of my turn signals to blue or white instead of yellow

Look in your owner's manual. All the bulbs are listed.

Don't use blue bulbs. They produce less light. They're blue because certain colors, and hence some of the light, is filtered out. It's the same as putting blue tinted glass in front of your headlights.

 

Pull them out and you'll know what kind of bulbs they are.
All the exterior lightings on your car are there for safety purposes.
Why do you think your car has yellow turn signal lights?
And what does blue lights mean? turn? stop? brake?
If you wanna change all those lights of your car, go get a honda civic.
