I just bought a new grille screen for my 92 190E and I am wondering how easy is this thing to install ? If anyone knows Id really like help with this.

 

i don't get what you mean.

rear screen?

radiator grille?

window screen?

barbecue grille?

 

Oh im sorry, its for the radiator grille. Its the part underneath the hood star, jus tthe plastic piece.

 

not so difficult.

unscrew the 6 fastening screw and remove radiator shell.

remove the pin clamps on left and right (2 each). be careful because it is pre-tensioned.

unscrew the screw at the bottom.

unscrew nut at the top of radiator shell. if there's a logo or benz symbol, remove it too.

you can now remove the grille.
