I'm trying to install the cell phone device in to ML350 (2003). I see the options are in the Radio but I have no idea how to do it?

 

There is a difference between US spec MBs (pre-wired for phone from factory), and Euro spec MBs (which usually don't come pre-wired for phone). Please be aware of that.

Paul H. Dick has a website which contains lots of useful info regarding various retrofits. Including a phone kit install in a W163 M-class, if I am not mistaking. Here is the link:
