Default How to get battery out 02' C230

2002 C230 w203 or whatever

i bought a new battery for 82 bucks at autozone, but it seems there are clamps that i don't see in gettin gthe battery out, do i need to jack it up and try to get at it from the bottom? or what..

also the water hose that connects to the battery, what is that for? am i okay without hooking it up?

another thing is my replacement brakepads dont seem to fit the brake sensors, im thinking of just plugging the sensors in and letting them hang or something lol

any help would be appreciated ive looked online for the answer for a couple hours...

thanks

adam

all benz batteries usually have a 13mm hold down screw that holds a bracket at the bottom of the battrey. the hose is for gases. to vent battery gas/fumes
