Fuel Filters for Diesel's? What's the 20K all about?

Fuel Filters for Diesel's? What's the 20K all about?
I was just told my the dealership that the Fuel Filter in my 06 E320 CDI needs to be changed every 20K miles. Has anyone heard of this, is it true?

Well $10 doesn't sound that back, but $200 is a little different. On the invoice it says $59 for the part(fuel filter) and $175 for labor. Next time maybe I'll try to change it myself. Where do you get the filter for $10?
