I was checking the underneath of my car and I saw water dripping where the exhaust pipe from manifold meet the second silencer. I reved the car but it seemed to form just bubles. Is it some thing that should be fixed?

 

Honestly I don't know what to tell you for an advice.
I'm a girl and usually when a problem occurs I just send it to the
mechanic or just replace that particular car part with the
problem. Anyway when it reaches to a point where you need
