I have a 2000 E430 just purchased a month ago, one day noticed when standing still engine runs not as smooth. You could barely hear engine running before now you can feel it idle. I did notice this happen after i filled up with premium gas that had 10% ethanol. I figured that was the problem and been putting only premium gas for the past two weeks figured that would do it however not getting better. Any suggesions would be appreciated thanks.
