Engine dies when driving fast or up-hill

Last few months I have problem with my 190E Automatic, fuel injection.
When I drive fast - over 150km/h, or up-hill, means when engine is under strain, the engine just lost power in 5-20 seconds, then engine shakes complete car, engine stops, dies, and next 3-5 or even to 15 minutes it's not possible to run the car. It just don't start, engine shakes, black powder went out.
I must say that I discover the strange thing - temporary solution that can explain the problem to somebody who knows the engine better (I do it last 20 days): when this problem happens, I remove the overvoltage protection relay (also for ABS, for engine rotations), the metal box one with red top, and blue fuse, and engine starts working without any problem.
Anybody has similar problem? What would be a solution?
