Help...I just spent 3 hrs at the Toyota dealership (where I bought my car used last Fall) because the EC light stays on and, of course, prevents the Air Conditioner compressor from switching on....They were lost as to why I can't get it to turn off sooooo (German make...not Japanese)...What could be causing this...Help and how can I get this button to shut off? (Freon tank is full)

 

clear the codes then you should be ok. usually comes on when freon is low.
