E300 engine Problem

E300 engine Problem
Hy
I own a 91' E300 6 cyl 12v mercedes with the first gear down . I have a big problem
The car is very lazy . . . . it starts difficult and when i step on the gas is reving very very slow . . . i think the car produces 60 70 hp. now
the engine is in very good conditions .. .so is up to the fuel delivery sistem . . . . the ingnition sistem is new
this car is driving me crazy . . . no one here in Romania is able to fix it . . .
please HELP me

it is running lean
adjust the aitflow sensor or electrohydraulic actuator.
