Default Dim Headlight

I have a 2008 CLS. The left low beam light is not burning at full intensity. It has a pinkish hue. I'm not sure if it's the bulb or the ballist.
Anyone experience this problem? Any guidance on getting the headlight pod out would be helpful too.

could be getting ready to blow on you. but also make sure they are aimed correctly or installed correctly. i see so many people with the bulb incorrectly installed. but when you have xenons, you almost have no choice but to put the bulb in correctly otherwise it wont go back together or even work.

The manual shows how to replace the Low Beam Bulb however I have the Bi-Xenon light. They recommend taking it to a mechanic. I got the cover off, the ballist off, but could not get the bulb out There's got to be a trick to it. What's the trick?

usually you need to spin a ring around the bulb counter clockwise...look closely and it should say "TOP" or OPEN. with an arrow. turn that ring and the bulb should pull out. pay attention to the bulb postioning when removing it, there are small slots for the bulb to fit in. otherwise the "ring" wont go back on.

You have a bad ground in the light wires some where at the bulb
