Dead COMAND system
Hi
I own an SL 55 AMG, whose COMAND/stereo system has passed away.
Usually nothing happens for days, then the screen flickers for a while, and it dies again. When it's black, the buttons are unresponding, it's a complete mayhem. My local garage says the entire system needs to be replaced, a 6000+ $ fix. I think it strange the entire thing has gotta go, any thoughts?
