Combo/cabin filters

Default Combo/cabin filters
I have a 2009 C-350 Sport, does the car have the combo filter and cabin filter or are the both the same ? Also If the car has them where are they located?

The cabin filter is located behind the fire wall, under the glove box. The cover under the carpet is held with Torx screws. Easy to reach and change, though uncomfortable for us big guys.
