Car Warranty Ran Out

have a C320 2002 model, i want to purchase new warranty for my car. Is it a good idea to take it from a dealer or some other company?
Any idea, suggestions will be appreciated.

i say take it from the dealer i seen other companys warranty and they suck and alot of money.
