Hey I'm new to this forum, but does anybody have any experience removing speakers or the stereo from a 1991 260E, or any other E-Class of similar year?

I'm trying to replace speakers, rear and dash, and having a hell of a time getting at the mounts. Also I found a stereo removal website online, but removing the ash tray assembly isn't going to well.

Any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks
