Was wondering if anyone has had any problems with their alloy wheels buckling for no apparent reason.
I have just had my 1st service (17,000 miles) and was informed by the dealership - with delight! - that 3 of my 4 alloys are badly buckled hence the reason for bad shudder from 65 mph upwards. I have the 18" alloys as opposedto the standard issue 17".
I had heard that somebody had experienced a similar problem and had them replaced under warranty, but Mercedes of Glasgow were having none of it!
Any suggestions or success stories would be greatly appreciated.
