Newbie here, first post. Just bought a 1983 300D, and although I have wrenched in the past, haven't done it for a while, and never on a Mercedes. Looking for a good manual that will provide info needed for a light weight restore on this auto. Going to have a pro do a once over on the motor, but I intend to do what ever I possible can. She runs OK now, and the body is perfect, sans the VERY faded paint. It was a central CA valley car until 2 years ago. Any advice appreciated.
