ON the engineblock.
Toward the back
Topside of the block
Near the tranny housing
Closer to the drivers side
With a large wire coming out of it.
One screwclamp holding it down.
Dont pry on it, it's very delicate, and expensive.
If you install a new one, make sure it is set at the proper height or the flywheel will hit it and break your new part.
