Hey all, I have run across numous problems with abc
cars, which say "abc visit workshop" in instrument cluster.

with codes for pressure malfuction.

pressure is usually good at idle at 195bar.

with sds I go into activations and activate the "rodeo" which
alternates all the struts in a circular motion. A known good abc car
will hold pressure at 193 bar the whole time the rodeo is going.

I have had 3 cars now where the pressure drops down to 100bar,
then the car stops, builds up pressure and then re-starts until the pressure
drops again.

Tandem pumps have been replaced, with no fix, pressure sensors, lines
and valves, flushes ect, but car will still not hold pressure while doing "rodeo"

any suggestions,

while doing rodeo, it cannot maintain the proper pressure so don't base on it. don't do rodeo more than twice. it will just weaken the valve's sealing ability. do pitch when flushing.

are you using the right pentosin?

replacing the tandem pump and pressure sensor always fix such problem.

 

Yes I am using the right pentosin fluid.

And I tired it on a know good CL 500 and it stays in the rodeo for approx: 20 min, never
dropping below 193 bar.
