I have a problem with air mass meter with my c-classe.
Can this part be cleaned or only replacment should take place?

sometimes can be cleaned but that is not always the case. sometimes they do just go bad. get the part # 10 digits xxx-xxx-xx-xx.. then google it you will find some good prices on them. but dont buy from ebay or used. just get new from an auto parts place.
