Unhappy Abs, bas and esp

I have an E320 2003 and while I'm driving the abs signal pops up and on the dash the messages say BAS ESP AND ABS are defective, plus my cluster drops to zero while I'm still driving. If I come to a stop and then accelerate it stays on low gear, doesn't pass 3000 rpm like it doesn't want to shift gear and my cluster stays on 0mph
If anyone can help me please.
