i have a a140 2001 and it is randomly not starting i have had new starting motor new ignition switch and had the earths checked. a mercedes mechanic has looked at it says may be problem with relay however wiring diagram shows relay under bonnet but there is nothing their. been at garage two weeks canot work out problem any one advise.

 

Hi, there is a new service information from Daimler, You need to add a relay for switching on the starter. It have to be a green one.
