99 CLK320 oil sensor defective light on
99 CLK320 oil sensor defective light on in cluster....
does that mean i just replace the oil level/quality sensor or does something else cause this light to come on???

ive never seen a defective oil level sensor warning in the cluster, but it definately could be. usually youll just get a low oil light or check oil level light even if the oil level is good.
yes need to be replaced. at the dealer we estimate about 2.5 to 3 hours on your particular engine.
