Default 95 S500 OVERHEATING

I need some help. I have a 1995 S500 with a over heating problem. After runnig for about 30 minutes, temp rises to one knoch below the red mark. Never rises to the red.
There is no coolant leak. I replace the thermostat and the212 degree switch. I still have the same problem.
Engine running with a/c on, the auxillary fan are not working. Can anyone tell me what they think is the problem

check the cylinder compression or as a quick check look in the oil cap to see if there is any creamy white deposit its called emulsified oil it means you've blown one of the head gaskets. Or look for oil in the water tank.
