This car passed inspection but seems to be all over the road when I go 60-70 mph. All tie rods and ball joints are in excellent condition, front end is straight, tires and rimes all good. The steering wheel kind of jerks ccl and clockwise all by itself at high speeds. Could this be the rack. I have no other PS problems at all or leaking of any kind, only this quirky problem.

Can anyone help? Anyone out there ever have a problem like this?
