I NEED HELP BAD,
My 300E has a gremlin. the car will run for a day or so, then it wont start. If I disconnect battery for a minute, then reconnect it will start fine. I just changed the fuel filter, cap & rotor. One issue that I need to fix is the neutral safety switch. The car will only start in neutral. The safety switch has been bad for a couple months. The starting issue just occured. Please help me I have 3 kids and with one car down its hard to get everyone where they need to go. P.S. All fuses look fine.

 

try tapping your fuel pump relay

 

Check the electrical connections to the fuel pump and the relay. Try cycling the key on and off a few times with a pause in between each cycle. See if you can determine if fule pump is turning on and off. Bill Mercer
