[align=left]I got this car as a present for completing Marine Corps boot camp. The car idles high and rough, I think it might need a new computer chip to regulate the gas, I guess?

The A/C doesn't work whatsoever. Not completely sure if it just needs to be recharged with R12, or if it's completely broken. How much do you think it'd cost to retrofit the A/C to R-134A?

Also, the gas pedal is broken, but it still works, would I be able to put any type of gas pedal on it to fix it?
