81 380sl hose source
I am in the process of doing a top end engine restoration on my 81 380sl. All parts but one I have readily found. I cannot for the life of me however find one hose. All of my sources have told me this hose does not even exist, however in hand it is.
This hose = comes out of the back of the intake manifold, driver side, diameter of hose is larger at manifold end than it is at other end, carrying cooling water, " S " shaped and roughly 6" long, it then connects to a metal pipe that carries it to passenger side of vehicle, where it again connects to another hose (oem# 1078311394) that is the feed/supply for the auxilliary pump. I would consider this mystery hose to be the climate control supply hose.
Does anyone know a correct OEM number for this hose and/or a source for this hose?
I would greatly appreciate and and all assistance.
Thank you,
